About
Welcome to New Canton Restaurant, your new favorite destination for authentic Chinese cuisine tucked away in the heart of Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Located at 4550 Wadsworth Blvd, this culinary gem has quickly gained traction for its vibrant atmosphere and flavorful dishes that cater to every palate.
As a food reviewer for Foodjoyy, I am thrilled to explore the offerings of New Canton Restaurant. With a menu that boasts numerous vegan and vegetarian options, as well as classic favorites like Orange Chicken and Beef Lo Mein, this restaurant truly excels in providing a wide selection for all diners. The reviews highlight the crisp sesame tofu and mouth-watering egg rolls, which seem to be crowd-pleasers among patrons. One customer exclaimed it was “maybe the best orange chicken I’ve ever had!” and judged the interior decor as both “nice and clean,” enhancing their dining experience.
New Canton Restaurant goes beyond just food; it’s a full-service dining experience. With utilities like reservations, outdoor seating, and delivery, they focus on convenience without compromising quality. Whether you're dining with family, catching up with friends over lunch, or hosting a special event with their catering services, this establishment delivers. The casual yet classy ambiance, perfect for groups and families alike, invites patrons to linger over their favorite dishes. With good on-site parking and accessibility options available, every guest's comfort is prioritized.
Customer feedback further showcases the restaurant's commitment to quality. One review mentioned that the fried rice was “good” and the service “super fast.” However, a humorous mention of a screw found in a dish serves as a reminder that perfection can sometimes be elusive. Regardless, the overall sentiment is clear: patrons often return for the flavorful, comforting food that stands out in a crowded market.
In conclusion, New Canton Restaurant isn’t just another Chinese eatery; it’s a community hub where quality ingredients meet respectful service in a family-friendly environment. “ Delicious! Sesame tofu was crisp with perfect seasoning. Beef Lo Mien was perfect and egg rolls satisfied my picky wife! Found our new place! ”
“ Maybe the best orange chicken I've ever had! Chicken chow mein was also very tasty. Interior was nice and clean. ”
“ Very clean facility with a friendly server. The pu-pu tray was awesome. The lemon chicken was ok. It really wasn't lemony at all. The fried rice was good. ”
“ Great food, quick service-- couldn't ask for much more! Tofu is fantastic every time we come no matter what dish it's in. ”
“ Great Chinese food! Very nice and super fast delivery. Have always had a great experience. Although my brother did almost eat this screw that was in his dish, in case you are missing one... ”
“ I've been going to this restaurant since I was a child. it used to be owned and operated by a lovely lady, who suffered several cases of cancer, while still working to support her family and business. but ultimately she lost her battle, and the restaurant is now carried on by her children. reading some of these reviews about people crying over nonsense truly infuriates me. as a tv chef, small business owner, and published chef myself featured on food network and the Martha Stewart show- I can tell you, you won't find better American Chinese food in Denver if you try. I love this place and always tell everyone about it. this spot is truly on my top 5 list of denver restaurants. don't let the visuals of this place fool you! It's top notch! ”
“ Both hands down the best Chinese food I've had. Highly suggest the hot and sour soup and crispy noodles on the next snow day you won't be disappointed ”
“ Quick hit review! We came here on. Saturday at 3pm and had the place to Ourselves which was really nice. Fast service. Jasmine tea has such a nice floral smell and taste. Perfect for a sunny spring afternoon. We had the cashew chicken and Szechuan chicken. Both had big portions and tasted so fresh. I love the roasted cashews as they add an additional hint of something special. The crab wontons, although serviceable, are not their strong suit. They were a 3/5. The fried rice is ok and a big portion for two. Way more than we would ever eat. The service was awesome and that's what will bring me back to try something different next trip. ”
